Telephone (Fixed-line telephony and mobile communications)
The telephone service at TU Dresden provides connections for telephones (softphones, deskphones). Depending on the location, these are either provided in the VoIP system or still in the old ISDN telecommunications system.
In exceptional cases, if unavoidable external constraints justify this, a fax connection can also be provided.
In addition, mobile phone contracts are arranged in accordance with the framework agreement of the Free State of Saxony.

- Providing phone numbers, telephones, and voice box,
- simple telephone conferences, boss and secretary functions,
- Group features
Mobile Communication:
- Providing mobile communication cards for voice and data terminal devices
- Use of framework contracts, conclusion, extension, and cancellation of contracts, and contractually subsidized devices
- 24-month contracts, voice cards, data cards, multiple use over UltraCards, rate packages and additional rate options for data and calling
