Software procurement (Process for procurement (including own purchase) of software not in stock in the ZIH software list (software retrieval).)

If the desired software is not listed in the ZIH software list (software retrieval), then the software requirement must be notified to ZIH in advance. ZIH will take over the registration of the license in its database and send the applicant further information on the responsibility for procurement. The procurement will be taken over depending on the order value:

• up to 5,000 Euro net: by the user / organizational unit as own purchase
• from 5,000 Euro to 25,000 Euro net: by the ZIH
• from 25.000 Euro net: by Directorate 1, SG 1.2.

To procure software, please send the completed software order form along with the quote to softwarebeschaffung@tu-dresden.de.
