Directory services (Active Directory/LDAP)
User administration based on centrally maintained identities

With the help of the directory services, TU Dresden institutions can access the data of the central identity management. The available instances are either Active Directories or LDAP directories. Among other things, they contain the following information belonging to the user account:

• Login name
• Password
• Group memberships
• Extended attributes
